    After breakfast, the program will begin with Eric Kessler, co-president of HBO, discussing HBO GO, the network's TV Everywhere app. Eric will provide an update on key usage metrics and what's in store for 2012. Following his remarks I'll do an informal fireside chat with Eric where we'll discuss topics such as over-the-top competition, TV Everywhere's status, Netflix's recent stumbles and how HBO's future strategy, before opening up to audience Q&A.

    Following Eric's session, we'll have two panel discussions, "Online Video Advertising: Opportunities and Challenges for 2012" and "Delivering Value for the Multi-Platform Consumer." The advertising panel will include Tracey Scheppach (SVP, Innovations Director, VivaKi, Starcom Mediavest Group who has driven industry innovations such as the ASq video ad format), Suzie Reider (head of ad sales for YouTube and Google Display) and Brent Horowitz (VP, Business Development, FreeWheel, a video ad technology provider). Bill Lederer (CEO, Kantar Video) will moderate this session.

    The Multi-Platform panel will include Marc DeBevoise (SVP/GM, CBS Interactive's entertainment division), Marcien Jenckes (SVP/GM Video Services, Comcast Cable) and Jan Steenkamp (VP, Business Development and Sales, Irdeto, a provider of security solutions for premium video) who will focus on how content providers and distributors are adapting themselves to successfully meet new consumer expectations. This discussion will include topics such as the role of connected and mobile devices, social media, business models, analytics and video discovery, among others. I'll moderate this session.
