Amazon-owned video streaming service Lovefilm has struck a deal with NBCUniversal Intl. Television Distribution to offer its members on-demand access to hundreds of hours of programming.

The pact, announced Wednesday, encompasses both recent skeins and audience favorites such as drama “Covert Affairs,” starring Piper Perabo; sitcoms “The Office,” with Steve Carell, and “30 Rock”; sci-fi skeins “Heroes” and “Battlestar Galactica”; dramedy “Lipstick Jungle” and 1980s cult classic “Knight Rider.”

The agreement follows recent deals with ABC, BBC and ITV. Lovefilm also has film and TV content pacts with 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros., Disney, Miramax, Studiocanal and eOne.

Lovefilm has more than two million members for its subscription service in the U.K., Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
