In the last three months, Newsy, owned by The E.W. Scripps Company, has launched on multiple over-the-top platforms, including Watchable from Comcast, Pluto TV, Google Chromecast and Roku.

Additionally, Capitol Broadcasting Company, a communications company that owns stations throughout North Carolina, cut a deal with Newsy that will bring their daily news videos to Capitol Broadcasting’s WRAL.com, WRAPSportsFan.com and HighSchoolOT.com, building Newsy’s online presence.

In November, Newsy launched their Radio app for iOS in the App Store.
