StyleHaul, the digital multichannel network focused on fashion and beauty, announced a partnership with Amazon.com to distribute shortform videos and revealed its first scripted series which stars Denise Richards.

The company, at its Digital Content NewFronts presentation Tuesday in New York City, announced “Vanity,” created by Emmy Award-winner Bernie Su and starring Richards (“Starship Troopers,” “Wild Things”). Maybelline is the sponsor of the series, slated to debut on YouTube June 11.

At the event, StyleHaul CEO Stephanie Horbaczewski said the company is working with Sean Avery and James Cox (director of “Wonderland”) on a new series inspired by a true story about how Instagram inspired a couple of New York City kids to create a fashion line.

Under its pact with Amazon, StyleHaul is producing short videos with digital talent including Alisha Marie (pictured above), Megan Parken and Dulce Candy.

In addition, StyleHaul said fashion documentary “Fresh Dressed,” from Samuel Goldwyn Films’ Peter Goldwyn and director Sacha Jenkins, will premiere in a limited theatrical release on June 26 with a transnational window on Vimeo.
