NBCUniversal head of TV Everywhere Alison Moore has hired former colleague Dina Juliano, who previously led HBO’s digital user experience team, to be SVP of consumer product strategy for the group.

Moore recently took on the newly created role of EVP and g.m. of TV Everywhere for NBCU, after the company this spring shut down DailyCandy, the female-focused website she had run for two years. Prior to NBCU, Moore was SVP of digital products at HBO.

At NBCU, Juliano will be responsible for developing product strategy to expand the Peacock’s TV Everywhere growth across authenticated digital channels, including web, mobile and connected devices.

“Dina has an incredible dual ability to develop a dynamic consumer product vision and then flawlessly execute the experience — her laser focus on product and platform excellence is second-to-none,” Moore said in announcing the hire.

At HBO, Juliano was VP of user experience and product design for digital products, which encompassed HBO Go, HBO.com, Cinemax.com, MaxGo and HBO on Demand.

In addition to Juliano, Moore has hired Doug Rosen, previously with DirecTV and HBO, as VP of TVE partnerships, and Alexa Wilson, who hails from publishing companies Hearst and Rodale, as VP of consumer marketing for TVE.

Moore, who reports to NBCU EVP of content distribution Matt Bond, is tasked with developing and implementing a strategic plan to build the TV Everywhere consumer experience and expand audience awareness, adoption and engagement across the programmer’s portfolio of networks.
